By using AgentMate's platform ("Platform"), which operates on GoHighLevel's infrastructure, you agree to:

Who Can Use AgentMate


To use AgentMate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have the authority to enter into this agreement

• Provide accurate account information

1. PLATFORM SERVICES

1.1 What We Provide

• Full access to GoHighLevel's suite of tools

• AgentMate's proprietary integrations and features

• Custom development services

• 24/7 customer support

• Training and implementation assistance

1.2 Our Proprietary Tools


Our Platform includes custom tools and integrations that are protected by intellectual property law. You agree not to:
• Share or redistribute our proprietary tools

• Reverse engineer our implementations

• Use the snapshot feature to copy our configurations

• Share your access credentials

• Allow unauthorized platform access

1.3 Penalties for Misuse


Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in:

• Immediate account termination

• Liquidated damages of AUD 100,000 per violation

• Legal action

• Recovery of all legal costs


2. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

2.1 How We Process Payments


• All payments are processed through AgentMate Pte Ltd.

• We use Stripe as our payment processor

• Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise

2.2 Subscription Plans

• Plans and pricing are listed on our website

• We may update our pricing with notice

• All subscriptions are pre-paid

2.3 Payment Terms

• No refunds on subscription fees

• Marketplace purchases non-refundable after 30 days

• Custom work billed at AUD $175 per hour

• Payment required before custom work delivery

• Business hours exclude Australian public holidays


3.2 What's Included Free

We'll fix at no cost:

• Platform bugs

• Standard feature issues

• Account access problems

• Basic implementation support

3.3 Custom Work (AUD $175/hour)


Billable services include:

• Custom feature development

• Advanced integrations

• Workflow customization

• Extended training

• Any non-standard platform modifications

3.4 Custom Work Terms

• 15-minute minimum billing

• Written approval needed before work starts

• Estimates provided but may vary

• Payment before delivery

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Account Security

You must:

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Not share account access

• Update us if your contact information changes

• Report unauthorized access immediately

4.2 Acceptable Use


You agree to:
